MEANINGFUL GROUP SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT (GSE)
GSE is a paid employment program within the community or at Monarch that helps members reach their maximum potential and achieve independence. GSE provides on-the-job training that links employment of individuals with developmental disabilities and their typical peers in the same integrated job. Our trained staff act as job coaches to support, model, and assist members in exploring their interests and completing vocational tasks. Members will learn effective communication skills and proper workplace behavior in meaningful employment while earning a paycheck.
MEANINGFUL DAY TREATMENT (DTA)
DTA is designed to provide a purposeful day to all of our members by empowering and growing their desire to participate in meaningful activities while enhancing their personal skills and overall well-being. Monarch fosters a safe and fun environment while guiding and encouraging members to advocate for themselves. The ISP team develops goals and objectives based on the needs of the individual member which drive the activities Monarch provides to support members in becoming more self-sufficient.
TRANSPORTATION FOR CLIENTS
Monarch provides non-emergency transportation to members enrolled in our GSE and DTA programs. To be eligible for transportation services, an individual must have authorization from the Division of Developmental Disabilities and live within designated Monarch boundaries. If an individual does not qualify, we will work with you to find an alternative.
